🇨🇦 Fitborough's Off-Season Youth Hockey Training is designed with the young athlete (U11 & U13) in mind, and is aligned with Hockey Canada's long-term player development plan. Athletes will address the following in each age-appropriate 45 minute session.
-Dynamic Warm-Up
-Mobility & Flexibility
-Balance & Coordination
-Plyometrics
-Strength & Power
-Speed & Agility
Sessions run on Saturday mornings at 9am.
Session 1 runs from July 6th to July 27th.
Open to athletes in U11 & U13.
